Refund Policy

The 14-day beta guarantee
Founding Access comes with a 14-day beta guarantee. The guarantee starts from the point your paid access begins — that is, once you have been invited, paid, and received access to the beta. Requesting Founding Access is free and involves no payment, so nothing is owed or refundable until you are invited and choose to pay.
Once your paid access begins, try Big Picture Planner properly for 14 days. If you use it and feel it does not help you plan your week more clearly, email us and we will refund your payment.
How it works
- Request your refund within 14 days of your paid access beginning, via the contact details below.
- Tell us briefly what did not work for you — this genuinely helps us improve the beta.
- Refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days.
What we ask in return
The guarantee is designed for genuine early users. We ask that you actually open the planner and try planning a week with it before requesting a refund. We may decline requests where the account shows the product was never used.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing here affects those rights.
