Your week is not just a list. It is work, errands, people, travel time, admin, meals, exercise, rest, and the things you still have not found space for.
Big Picture Planner helps you see it all at once, move things around, and work out where everything actually fits. Like Tetris for your real life.

How it works
Drop commitments, tasks, errands, social plans and loose ideas into one visual planning space.
See the pieces of your week clearly, including the things your calendar does not normally hold.
Move things around until the week makes sense and you can see what is realistic.
Planning without extra admin
Big Picture Planner is different. It is not here to make you manage another system. It is here to help you understand your actual week.
Use it when your plans change, when your calendar does not tell the full story, or when you need to see everything before you can decide what to do next.
No more guessing whether you have time. No more pretending a to-do list is a plan.

Why not just use…
Calendar apps
Calendar apps show what is fixed. Big Picture Planner helps you place what is still floating.
To-do apps
To-do apps hold the list. Big Picture Planner helps you decide where the list actually fits.
Heavy productivity systems
Heavy systems can feel like another job. Big Picture Planner is designed for real life, not just work blocks and perfect routines.
Who it's for
See commitments, tasks and open space together, then move the pieces until the week makes sense.
You're running a small operation. Pick-ups, appointments, admin, meals, life. The week needs to actually work — not just look organised.
Lectures, deadlines, part-time work, a social life. You need to see the whole week and fit everything in before the week decides for you.
You don't need another app that tells you what you already know. You need one that helps you figure out where it all actually goes.
Where the product is
Big Picture Planner is a working beta, released gradually so we can keep the experience stable, learn from early users, and improve the product properly.
It is a visual layer that helps you turn a messy week into something you can actually understand.
The offer
Big Picture Planner is opening in small founder batches while the product is still in beta. Founding Access is for people who genuinely want to use the planner, help shape what gets built next, and are comfortable joining while the product is still early.
Founding Access · Paid beta
£40 founder price
Request a founder place now. If you are included in an upcoming batch, you will receive instructions to pay and access the beta.
Once your paid access begins, try Big Picture Planner properly for 14 days. If you use it and feel it does not help you plan your week more clearly, you can request a refund.
The guarantee is designed for genuine early users — people who actually try the product — rather than sign-ups who never open it. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Request a founder place
Founder places are released in small batches while Big Picture Planner is in beta. Request a founder place and we will invite early users gradually as access opens.
We are inviting early users in small batches so we can keep the beta stable and learn from real usage. If you are included in an upcoming batch, we will email you with next steps.
I built Big Picture Planner because I was tired of having a calendar, a to-do list and a head full of things that still had no clear place to go.
This is an early product, but it is solving a real problem. Founder places help us keep improving it properly, without pretending the beta is more finished than it is.
If you want a perfect, polished productivity suite, this probably is not the right moment to request access.
If you want a practical planning tool that already helps you see your week more clearly, and you like the idea of shaping what it becomes, request a founder place.
